§ 10.04.020. Uniform ordinance amended.

The uniform traffic ordinance adopted by this chapter is hereby amended and modified as provided in this section:

SECTION 10.3 (i) shall be amended to read as follows:

"(i) At any place within ten (10) feet of a crosswalk at an intersection in any business district when such place is indicated by appropriate signs or red paint upon the curb surface except a bus may stop at a designated bus atop."

SECTION 10.3 (k) shall be amended to read as follows:

"(k) Within seven and one-half (7½) feet of a fire hydrant, as indicated by signs or markers as required."

SECTION 11.5 shall be amended to read as follows:

"Section 11.5 Time limit parking on city maintained parking facilities.

"It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to park said vehicle on any public parking facility maintained by the city for a period longer than ten (10) consecutive hours."

SECTION 11.8 shall be amended to read as follows:

"Section 118 All night parking prohibited.

"No person shall atop, stand or park a vehicle on streets that shall be designated and posted by the city traffic engineer between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 6 :00 a.m. of any day, provided that this section shall not apply to a vehicle of any regularly licensed physician when actually engaged in making professional calls."

SECTION 11.9 is hereby added to the uniform traffic ordinance, reading as follows:

"Section 11.9 Parking of house trailers on any street limited to six (6) hours.

"No person shall stop, stand or park a house trailer on any street within the city for a period longer than six (6) hours."

SECTION 13.2 shall be amended to read as follows:

"Section 13.2 Horse-drawn vehicles.

"No person shall drive any animal-drawn vehicle into or within the central traffic district at any time, except during a permitted parade or other type of celebration."
