§ 15.28.010. Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings—Adopted.

A.

That certain document, three copies of which are now on file in the office of the city clerk, being marked and designated as the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, 1997 Edition, with all state and city amendments thereto, is adopted as the code for the abatement of dangerous buildings of the city.

B.

Each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of such Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, as amended by this chapter and on file in the office of the city clerk, are referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this chapter, together with any and all amendments thereto, which have or may be adopted by the state of California.
